Anything Kelly Bergin!

Barbie meets G.I. Jane meets Indiana Jones, freedom reigns.
This season, fashion has matured and become somewhat very accessible and wearable, from broken down jeans to flowy dresses, comfort seems to be on the menu. However, don’t sacrifice your own originality : mix and match textures, fit your shape to whatever cuts flatter you most and don’t forget your signature touch: a belted waist or kick-ass pumps will do the trick. Oh yeah, and you don’t need to wear skin-tight apparel to look sexy, be original and fin a great pair of baggy trousers, you know, basically the most comfortable pant ever?
You like you skinny jeans don’t you? Try JBRAND’s new jeggings!

I cannot wait to peel off this down jacket and have some fun!

GIRL POWER! XO

Maybe the most intriguing thing about women is that they are subject to such dualism, which sometimes leads to confusion and frustration for the opposite sex. To be naughty or to be nice… is whatever we make it to be.

The beauty of fashion today is that there is no more “in” or “out”. These terms have become obsolete, because for once fashion and style are so closely paralleled that one can’t exist without the other. Women are dressing more classy than ever, their looks being inspired by all past decades combined and their *gasp* own comfort! That’s why these beauties look so serene, their wardrobes so effortless you just feel like slipping on your own soft denim chemisier, fedora, sequined blazer or combat boots. It’s fashion for the independent woman/man, who no longer needs to follow any rules. Freedom is in our hands, let’s just have fun with it! B

It’s only January, but I think I might be starting to suffer from SAD (seasonal affective disorder)! No sun, no warmth, no tan. My nose, fingers and toes always feel frostbitten. Living in Canada would do that to you…

So I turn to the warm hopes of the S/S 2010 campaigns and I’m comforted. Especially this latest Fendi one by Karl featuring Anja Rubik.

So, how many months of this Canadian winter are left?

Brrrr.
